What is it: Threaded spring check valves are valves that allow fluid to pass in one direction and prevent backflow with a spring mechanism.

How it works: In the direction of flow, pressure compresses the spring, opening the disc; in the opposite direction, pressure closes the spring, closing the line.

Where to Use: Used in water, steam, gas, air and chemical fluid lines, small and medium-sized installations.

What are the Dimensions: They are generally produced from brass, bronze or stainless steel with threaded connection sizes of 1/2” – 4”.
