Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Clarification Text

This text has been prepared by ORFA ENDÜSTRİYEL MAMÜLLER SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., as the data controller, to inform you about the methods of collecting your personal data, purposes of processing, and your legal rights.

• Conducting finance, accounting, and invoicing operations,
• Monitoring contract processes and fulfilling legal obligations,
• Conducting survey and analysis studies for customer satisfaction,
• Advertising, campaign, and marketing activities in case of your explicit consent.

3. Data Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected through our website, membership forms, order screens, and physical channels via automatic or manual methods. Processing activities are based on the legal grounds of "establishment and performance of the contract", "fulfillment of legal obligations", and "legitimate interest of the data controller".

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected data may be transferred to public institutions for the fulfillment of legal obligations, to cargo companies for order delivery, to banks for payment transactions, and to our business partners from whom we receive IT infrastructure support, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right to;

• Learn whether their data is being processed,
• Request information if their personal data has been processed,
• Request correction if data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Request compensation for damages in case of suffering a loss due to unlawful processing.
