Delivery Terms

Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after all approvals are received. However, delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on the manufacturing process. Delivery information and delivery times for such products are specified on the product pages. Additionally, you will receive written notification based on your membership information.

In accordance with our Delivery Conditions, in the event of any issues arising from our actions, we will contact you using your membership information. Therefore, we kindly request that you ensure that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on public holidays.

Unless notified by you, all products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies.
