1. Is ORFA an Industrial manufacturer?
No, ORFA Industrial Products Industry and Trade Inc. is not a manufacturer. It distributes various brands and sells quality industrial products.
2. Which product groups do you serve?
ORFA Industrial sells valves, pumps, filters, compensators, pressure regulators, flow control equipment and many other industrial installation equipment.
3. How can I access the technical documentation and catalogs of your products?
You can access our product detail pages via the "Technical Documentation" or "Catalog" tabs. You can also access our current catalogs for all our product groups at www.orfa.com.tr/sayfa/katalog . You can also contact us to request technical information and documentation.
4. How can I find out the stock status before purchasing?
The "Stock Status" information on the product detail page is up to date. For more detailed information, please contact our sales team.
5. What should I do if the product is out of stock?
You can easily contact us using the "Ask for Delivery Information," "WhatsApp Order," or "Request a Quote" buttons on the product detail page. Our team will quickly contact you regarding product lead times, alternative options, or special ordering opportunities.
6. Can I see and inspect the products on site?
Yes, you can visit our ORFA Industrial store to see the products firsthand and receive support from our sales consultants, who are always available to discuss technical details. You don't need to make an appointment beforehand.

Order & Payment Process
1. How can I apply to receive an offer?
You can use the "Get a Quote" button on the detail page of the product you are interested in, or submit your quote request with the product code and quantity via our contact form.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
At ORFA Industrial, we accept payments via bank transfer, EFT, and credit card. You can choose the payment method most convenient for you when ordering.
3. Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on our website include VAT. This information is also stated on the product detail pages.
4. How long is the product delivery time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays and in stock are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day. Delivery times for out-of-stock or custom-made products may vary depending on the product group and supply process.

Shipping & Delivery
1. How can I find out my cargo tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be automatically sent to your email address. You can also easily check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on orfa.com.tr > Cargo Tracking .
2. What should I do if my product arrives damaged in cargo?
If you detect damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, please do not accept the package without first obtaining a report. If you notice damage to your product after delivery, please take photos and contact us. Your exchange/refund will be processed promptly after inspection.

Returns, Warranty and Technical Support
1. Can I return the products I purchased?
For products sold from stock, returns are valid within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for special order products.
2. Are your products guaranteed?
Yes. All products we sell are under warranty by the manufacturer/importer. Warranty periods may vary depending on product group and brand.
3. Is installation or technical support provided for the products I order?
ORFA Industrial does not offer direct installation services. However, it does provide consulting services on technical matters.
