ARI-CHECKO®-V MP 88.030-81 Butt Weld Neck Lift Check Valve: Reliable Backflow Prevention at High Pressure and Temperature

ARI-CHECKO®-V MP Lift Check Valves are high-performance and durable control valves designed to ensure that fluid (liquid, gas, steam, etc.) flows in a single direction in pipelines and to prevent unwanted backflow . "Lift" term indicates that there is a disc (flap) inside the valve that moves parallel to the flow axis.

This Lift Check Valve is of size DN and many others such as PN63- It is produced for use in critical lines with high pressure classes that are exposed to harsh conditions, especially in power plants, refineries and petrochemical plants. "Butt Weld Neck" connection is welded directly to the pipeline of the valve, providing maximum sealing and strength.

ARI-CHECKO®-V MP What is a Lift Check Valve and How? Does it work?

ARI-CHECKO®-V MP Lift Check Valve has a disc mechanism that moves vertically within the body. The pressure of the fluid lifts this disc upward, allowing flow. When the flow stops, the disc settles back into its seat by its own weight or spring force and prevents backflow. The sealing in Lift Check Valves works according to the metallic principle as standard.
