Thermostatic Steam Trap Working Principle
Thermostatic steam traps are designed to control the condensate temperature. It works based on the temperature being lower than the steam temperature. ARI CONA® The sensitive membrane capsule in the M model opens or closes the seating surface with an expansion or contraction movement when condensate occurs. Thus, while the condensate is discharged, live steam is prevented from escaping. This operating principle both saves energy and contributes to the safe operation of the system.
