Float Steam Trap Working Principle
Float steam trap is a mechanical system that works depending on the amount of condensate formed in the line. When condensate forms, the float rises and opens the discharge mechanism, and when steam passes, it closes, preventing steam loss. The internal strainer filters particles in the line, while the check valve function prevents backflow. Additionally, system safety and efficiency are increased thanks to the flow diverter.
