Float Steam Trap Working Principle
The float trap automatically opens and closes according to the level of condensate formed in the steam line. The float inside rises and falls according to the amount of condensate and activates the discharge mechanism with this movement. Thus, while only condensate is discharged, live steam is ensured to remain in the system. The built-in check valve function prevents backflow, while the flow diverter optimizes the direction of steam and condensate.
