The ARI FABA Plus 12.046 model, with its stainless steel bellows construction, completely prevents leakage to the environment and operates reliably in aggressive environments. With pressure class PN16 and diameter DN125, this valve delivers excellent performance in high-flow steam lines. Manufactured with a bellows made of AISI 316Ti stainless steel, this metal bellows valve promises a long service life thanks to its corrosion resistance. Minimizing maintenance requirements, this valve is TA-Luft certified to guarantee leakage safety. The body is made of cast iron (EN-JL1040), the cover of ductile iron (EN-JS1049), and the mechanical stroke indicator allows easy monitoring of the open/closed position. The disc and seat are made of stainless steel AISI 420, with a conical seating surface ensuring full tightness. The handwheel is made of pressed steel and is durable. Each unit is tested according to EN ISO 15848-1. Preferred in industrial process lines, this metal bellows valve enhances operational safety.
