Working Principle:
The Gear Air Separator collects air bubbles in the water on a specially designed metal filling material and expels them. The stainless steel sheets are radially arranged within the casing, creating powerful turbulence without interrupting the water flow. This turbulence causes changes in the water's velocity and pressure, releasing micro air bubbles. The bubbles gather together. Where the hydrostatic repulsion on the metal surfaces exceeds the adhesion force on the metal structure, the micro bubbles accumulate in the upper air chamber. The buoyancy-regulated air volume activates the air release valve, thus expelling excess air.
