AK-100 Flow Switch

Flow Switch Installation
Installation of the AK-100 Flow Switch is extremely simple. The fluid direction must correspond to the direction indicated by the arrow on the device. The device contains three paddles, which can be adjusted to suit the pipe diameters:
For 1" pipes, remove the 2 largest pallets.
For 2" pipes, remove the largest pallet.
For 3" pipes, use all 3 pallets.
For 3", 4" and 5" pipes, use the additionally supplied pallet and shorten to 92, 117 and 143 mm.
For 8"-12" pipes, all additional pallets must be used.
Flow Switch Electrical Connection
The electrical connections of the AK-100 Flow Switch must be made in accordance with applicable standards and the intended use. To make the electrical connections, the device cover must be removed. The device is factory-set for minimum differential. If the values need to be adjusted, adjustments can be made using the screw next to the microswitch inside the cover.

Pallet Mechanism:
