Ayvaz Bronze Foam Water Nozzle: A Reliable Air-Aspirated Solution for Class B Fires
AYVAZ Bronze Foam-Water Nozzles (HD Models) are open-type nozzles designed for use in air-aspirated foam-water sprinkler systems , particularly in high-risk areas where flammable liquids are present. Designed for use in foam-water floods, these nozzles are designed to discharge foam in a predetermined reduction pattern.
What is a Bronze Foam Water Nozzle and What Does It Do?
This air-aspirating foam water nozzle is installed in ceiling systems like traditional sprinkler heads. Its primary function is to mix water and foam concentrate to create an effective foam layer that covers the fire surface. It then continues the water flow with a standard sprinkler spray pattern.
Foam Water Nozzle Main Features and Advantages:
Material: Made of bronze or stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and harsh environmental conditions. The surface finish is natural bronze.
Connection Diameter: Standard connection is 1/2″ BSPT thread.
Maximum Working Pressure: Maximum working pressure is 12 bar (175 PSI) . Recommended working pressure range is 2.1 bar (30 PSI) to 4.2 bar (60 PSI) maximum .
K Factor: It has a K-factor of Km-42 (K-2.95) as standard.
Mounting and Approval: Pendent and Upright mounting types are available. Pendent models are UL Listed and FM Approved , while upright models are UL Listed .

Aircraft hangars
Warehouses where flammable liquids are stored
Generator (DG Set) rooms
Solvent storage areas
