AYVAZ ÇV-11S/1 Disco Check valve is a wafer type check valve model with a stainless steel body, used to prevent backflow in steam, liquid and gas systems, offered with the assurance of ORFA Endüstri Mamüller Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. . With its PN40 pressure class and DN125 diameter, it can be used safely in medium and large diameter industrial lines.
The design of this model works with a hinged disc mechanism; The disc opens according to the flow direction, and in reverse flow it automatically closes, ensuring unidirectional operation of the system. Thanks to its compact structure, it saves installation space and time. It can be easily applied to all pipe systems with its wafer (between flange) type connection.
Optional EPDM or FKM O-ring gaskets provide sealing suitable for different media and temperature values. Features:
