Product Features and Technical Information:
Body and Cover: Made of GGG40.3 Ductile Iron, the body and cover offer excellent resistance to high pressure and temperature conditions.
Internal Parts and Float: Internal parts and float made of stainless steel provide long-lasting use and maximum reliability.

Maximum Operating Temperature: 200 ºC
Working Principle:
The HA-52 model automatically removes air and gases from heating and cooling lines, as well as other liquid and fluid systems. When air or gas enters the device, the float activates the lever, opening the valve and allowing the air/gas to be released. Upon contact with water, the float rises and closes the orifice, sealing it against water.
Assembly Instructions:
The air vent should be installed at the highest point of the system.
The valve should be installed directly on the inlet line, rather than using an elbow. This allows the air vent to be easily isolated for maintenance and repair.
Horizontal mounting is possible; however, vertical mounting is preferred unless absolutely necessary.
