AYVAZ Hydro Foam Nozzle 4''
AYVAZ Hydro Foam Nozzle 4'': High Capacity Foam Fire Extinguishing Solution
The AYVAZ Hydro Foam Nozzle 4" is a critical piece of firefighting equipment designed for use with fixed monitors (water cannons) in high-risk areas such as industrial facilities, refineries, and ports. It provides high-flow water and foam solution response capabilities. This Hydro Foam Nozzle is a heavy-duty nozzle with a fixed gallon capacity .
What is a Hydro Foam Nozzle and How Does It Work?
The Hydro Foam Nozzle is a specialized nozzle that attaches to the end of a monitor and delivers high-volume fluid. It also provides self-inducting foam . Using the Venturi principle, the nozzle draws foam concentrate through a PVC suction hose, mixes it with water, and directs the foam solution to the fire zone.
Hydro Foam Nozzle Main Technical Features:
Model and Flow: VARSHA HF40U model. Designed for use with monitors with fixed flow ranges of 1900 LPM (500 US GPM) and 2850 LPM (750 US GPM) .
Pressure Class: Maximum working pressure is 14 bar (200 PSI) . UL Listed maximum working pressure is 12 bar (175 PSI) .
Foam Induction: The foam concentrate dissolution rate is fixed and induced at 3% . The maximum allowable suction height is 2 meters.
Structural Material: It has a corrosion-resistant Bronze structure and its internal parts are Stainless Steel.
Flow Pattern: Allows for easy pattern changes from a flat stream (Jet) to a 90° wide fog (Fog) . Maximum fog angle is 120°.
Connection: Water inlet has a 3” BSP female swivel base and a 3” NH (National Hose) neck. Foam concentrate inlet has a 1¼” BSP female connection.
Suction Hose: The Hydro Foam Nozzle is equipped with a 3 meter long transparent PVC suction hose with stainless steel pipes at one end.
Approval and Compliance: UL Listed and specified as compatible with VAJRA 331 and VAJRA 331-S Oscillating Monitor models.
Hydro Foam Nozzle Usage Areas and Important Notes:
Oil and Gas Facilities: Combating flammable liquid fires with foam.
Industrial Storage Areas: Large areas requiring high capacity extinguishing.
Marine: Use in salt water and harsh environmental conditions.
Caution: The nozzle must be used by trained personnel with appropriate guidance and training as it can cause serious injury if water or foam is applied to electrical devices.
