Level Measuring Device

The EG-11 is a closed-loop control device designed to measure liquid level with high accuracy. The float, used as the main sensing element, moves linearly along the tube in response to changes in liquid level. This movement, in turn, stimulates reed switches within the float using a permanent magnet, generating a signal for open or closed status. The generated signal is detected by the digital display element, which reports the position.
The EG-11 level controller can output 4-20mA and 0-10V to automation systems in top-connected tank systems, regardless of tank shape, when paired with the included control panel. Reed switches installed within the device generate an ohm signal from the magnetic float moving on the pipe. This signal can be converted to 4-20mA or 0-10V using the EG-112R control panel. Additionally, four contacts can be placed at any desired location on the panel. In systems compatible with direct 4-20mA automation signals, this signal can be generated by integrating a converter during manufacturing, eliminating the need for a panel.
