Ayvaz Rod Level Switch AU-21
AU-21 Rod Level Switch
ORFA Industrial Products Industry and Trade Inc. is launching a revolutionary product in industrial liquid management: the Ayvaz AU-21 Rod Level Switch. This innovative switch is designed to precisely control liquid levels in any type of pressurized or non-pressurized vessel. The AISI 304 stainless steel body and float guarantee durability and long-lasting performance, while the internal magnetic reed switch detects changes in liquid level and converts this information into a reliable signal. A wide operating temperature range from -10°C to +125°C and a maximum operating pressure of up to 16 bar make the AU-21 ideal for the most challenging industrial environments. Optionally available with AISI 316 and Teflon coating, this switch is also available with IP68 and EX-PROOF options, enabling it to meet all application needs.
The Rod Level Switch is designed to control liquid levels in all types of vessels, whether pressurized or non-pressurized. The control element consists of a stainless steel float and a magnetic reed switch circuit housed in a stainless steel tube.
The buoyancy of the liquid allows the float to move linearly up and down the tube. When the magnet inside the float and the reed switch approach each other, they create contact, opening or closing the circuit. These types of on/off switches can be used to control fluid levels.
The operating mode and contact points are arranged optionally. The minimum spacing between contacts, which can be configured as normally open or normally closed, is 30 mm.
When the float reaches the point you specify, it gives you dry contact.
