AYVAZ SK-50 Float Steam Trap: Optimum Safety and Energy Efficiency
The AYVAZ SK-50 Steam Trap is a high-performance float steam trap designed to effectively manage condensate and air discharge in industrial steam systems. Continuous discharge, which varies with the condensate volume, occurs at the steam saturation temperature, improving system efficiency and preventing problems related to condensate accumulation. It is unaffected by sudden and large pressure fluctuations, thus maintaining system stability.
The thermostatic capsule, located within the body along with the float, performs the air release function. This helps prevent water hammer in the pipeline and, if the float loses its function, prevents blockages in the system and ensures continued condensate drainage. The body materials used are GGG 40.3 ductile iron for DN25 and GG 25 gray cast iron for DN32-40-50; the internal components are made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel, providing superior corrosion protection.
The AYVAZ SK-50 Float Steam Trap, with nominal diameter options ranging from DN25 to DN50 and a maximum pressure rating of 16 bar, provides reliable performance at operating temperatures up to 250 ºC. Threaded or flanged connection options easily adapt to different installation requirements and simplify installation.
