									ORFA Industrial Products Industry and Trade Inc. sells the Ayvaz brand SK-51 Float Steam Trap. The SK-51 Float Steam Trap continuously discharges condensate at the steam saturation temperature, depending on the changing condensate volume. It operates unaffected by sudden and large pressure fluctuations. It is particularly ideal for systems requiring rapid condensate discharge and where condensate accumulation could cause problems in the pipeline. It also performs excellently in automatic temperature-controlled systems.
 The SK-51 Float Steam Trap , in addition to its float-type discharge function, also discharges air via a thermostatic capsule. This prevents air accumulation and water hammer in the pipeline. If the float malfunctions for any reason, the thermostatic capsule activates to continue condensate discharge and prevent blockages in the system.

SK-51 Float Steam Trap Working Principle
 Condensate Inlet:
 Condensate from the steam line reaches the trap inlet. The float position is determined by the condensate level inside the trap.
Rise of the Buoy:
 As the condensate level increases, the float rises. The mechanism to which the float is attached opens a valve, allowing the condensate to drain. This allows the trap to drain condensate continuously and quickly.
Evacuation and Vapor Separation:
 The float only drains the condensate and prevents steam from passing through. This minimizes energy losses and increases system efficiency.
 During condensate discharge, the thermostatic capsule inside evacuates air. This prevents air accumulation in the pipeline and prevents adverse events such as water hammer.
Thermostatic Capsule Activation:
 If the float loses its function for any reason, a thermostatic capsule activates. This capsule ensures condensate is drained and the system is not clogged. This safety feature ensures uninterrupted system operation.
Pressure and Temperature Changes:
 The SK-51 Float Steam Trap is unaffected by sudden and large pressure changes. It operates safely and efficiently up to a maximum pressure of 16 bar and an operating temperature of 250°C.
