Ceme 6625 Solenoid Valve with 1/4" Hose Outlet: Reliable Flow Control for Industrial and Domestic Applications
Ceme 66 series solenoid valves are high-performance solenoid valves designed to quickly and reliably turn on and off (ON-OFF control) the flow of air, water, steam and other fluids in industrial and domestic applications. A member of this series
Ceme 6625 stands out with its special 1/4'' threaded inlet and hose outlet connection configuration.
What is the Ceme 6625 Solenoid Valve and How Does It Work?
Ceme 66 series Solenoid Valves are available in both "2/2-way Normally Closed (NC)" and "Direct Acting" solenoid valve types. This means that when the solenoid valve is not energized, it remains closed and prevents fluid flow. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is created, opening the valve and allowing flow. Direct Acting means that the valve does not require a minimum pressure differential to operate.
Key Features and Advantages of the Ceme 6625 Solenoid Valve:
- Working Principle: It is a 2/2 way, normally closed (NC) and direct acting valve.
- Durable Material: The body and tube are made of brass. This increases the valve's durability and corrosion resistance. Nickel plating is available upon request for food applications.
- Wide Media Compatibility: Suitable for controlling fluids such as air, water, steam, and cold and high-temperature liquids. EPDM, NBR, and FPM are available as seal materials.
- High Performance: Depending on the orifice diameter, it can withstand high pressure up to 13 bar AC for 2.0 mm.
- Temperature Resistance: Fluid temperature can reach up to 150°C.
- Compact Design: With its 33 mm coil diameter, it offers easy installation in narrow spaces and automation panels.
- Standard Connections: It can be easily integrated into many standard plumbing lines with its 1/4'' threaded inlet and hose outlet connection configuration.
- Various Voltage Options: Coil options are available in different voltages such as 220-230V AC, 100-120V AC and 12-24V DC.
Ceme 6625 Solenoid Valve Usage Areas:
- Industrial Flow Control: Factory automation, machine manufacturing and general industrial processes.
- Heating and Cooling Systems: ON-OFF control in water and steam lines.
- Compressed Air Systems: Flow control and isolation in air lines.
- Water and Fuel Lines: Industrial water lines and burner systems as fuel valves.
- Food and Beverage Industry: Hygienic practices with appropriate materials and certifications.
