Swing Check Valve Working Principle
KONSAN Brass Swing Check Valve works with the sway (disk) mechanism that controls the flow direction in the line. While the flow continues freely in one direction, the pressure in the opposite direction closes the valve and backflow is completely prevented. Thus, pumps, equipment and installations in the system are protected against back pressure. It works entirely with flow pressure, without requiring springs or external power.
