Stop Valve Working Principle
ECA Stop Valve 1/2'' PN10,
is a manual control valve designed to completely stop or release the flow in fluid lines. There is an internal mechanism inside the valve to open and close the flow path.
The user closes the valve by turning the hand control (grip handle) on the top of the valve clockwise. This movement causes the moving part in the internal mechanism (valve shaft and seal group) to move downwards, completely closing the fluid passageway. Thus, the flow on the line stops completely. When the valve is opened by turning it counterclockwise, the gasket group is pulled upwards and the flow path is released again. In this way, flow is initiated in a controlled manner on the line.
The PTFE gasket material used provides resistance to both high temperatures and different fluids and increases the sealing performance. Brass body structure offers long-term protection against rust and corrosion.
