Gasoline Sewage Pump Working Principle
LEO LGP30-W has an inlet and outlet diameter of 3" and can reach a flow rate of 60 m³ (1000 l/min) per hour. The working principle of the pump is based on the rotation of the impeller with the energy provided by the 4-stroke single-cylinder engine, thus sucking and pumping the liquid. The engine is equipped with a crankshaft that provides low fuel consumption and high efficiency. 22 Thanks to its wide flow channel, which can pass solid particles up to mm in diameter together with the liquid, it can easily transfer especially the mud and debris in the wastewater.
Special silicon carbide mechanical seal has high friction resistance and ensures tightness, extending the service life of the pump. It can work with a maximum suction depth of 8 meters; Approximately 120 seconds are required for 5-meter suction. With these features, it provides intensive water evacuation and safe transfer of fluids containing solid particles.
