Basic Working Principle of Manovacummeter
Manovacummeter has been developed to monitor negative pressure values in a closed system. The device determines the vacuum level by measuring how low the pressure within the system is compared to atmospheric pressure. This process is typically accomplished through the following major components:
Pressure Organ (Bourdon Tube): The Bourdon tube, the most important component of the manovacummeter, consists of a flexible metal tube that is sensitive to pressure changes. The tube is fixed at one end and connected to the system at the other end. As the negative pressure within the system increases, the tube stretches outward. Conversely, if the pressure within the system increases in a positive direction, the tube contracts.
Mechanism and Dial: The flexing motion of the Bourdon tube is transferred to a mechanical system inside the Manovacummeter. The deformation of the tube moves the needle on the dial via a gear system inside the Manovacummeter. This mechanical movement displays the measured pressure value on the dial.
Vacuum and Negative Pressure Monitoring: The Manovacummeter determines the vacuum level by comparing the pressure inside the system measured with atmospheric pressure. Since negative pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure, Manovakummeter detects this difference and displays it as the measurement result. The device provides important information to the user by monitoring the pressure levels in the system with full accuracy.
Sensitivity and Calibration
ORFA 's Manovacummeter has a high sensitivity class, so it gives the most accurate measurements at 75% of the full scale value. This is a huge advantage, especially in industrial systems where precise pressure settings are critical. The fact that the device is manufactured in accordance with the EN837-1 standard ensures that it meets internationally accepted safety and performance standards.
Manovacummeter also offers the user the possibility of manual calibration. Even if the sensitivity of the device decreases over time, with correct calibration, the device can measure again with high accuracy.
Areas of Use
Air Conditioning Systems: Indispensable for monitoring and managing ideal pressure levels in air flow.
Compressed Air Lines: Preferred in environments where constant and safe air pressure must be provided.
Health Equipment: Provides precise pressure monitoring and control in medical devices.
Hydraulic Systems: Allows precise monitoring of pressure levels of hydraulic fluids.
Heating and Heating Systems: Provides efficient operation with reliable pressure monitoring in heating systems.
Water Pumps and Circulation Systems: Monitors water pressure levels and ensures that the system operates with optimum performance.
