High Pressure Resistant Ball Valve Suitable for Industrial Processes
The three-piece stainless steel ball valve, with actuator mountable , is designed to offer high durability, leak-proof sealing, and ease of maintenance in industrial fluid control applications. The AISI 304 stainless steel body and ball structure ensure long-lasting and reliable operation, even in aggressive environments.
Thanks to its three-piece body design, the valve allows for maintenance and cleaning without the need to disassemble the line. The top connection structure, conforming to ISO standards, offers full compatibility with pneumatic or electric actuator mounting.
Working Principle
A ball valve operates on the principle of rotating a perforated ball inside by 90° using a shaft. In the open position, it allows full fluid passage, while in the closed position, the ball surface completely isolates the line, creating a high-security seal.
Thanks to its actuator-compatible top flange structure, it can be used manually as well as integrated into automation systems for remote on/off control.
