The VALFTEK® VTC Pneumatic On/Off Control Valve DN40 PN16 is a globe-type control valve designed to provide safe and rapid on/off control of fluids in industrial process lines. Equipped with a spring-loaded diaphragm pneumatic actuator and a CONVALVE air filter regulator, this configuration offers stable air supply and high process reliability.
Thanks to its flanged connection structure and robust housing material, it provides long-lasting and reliable performance in demanding fluid applications such as water, steam, compressed air, and hot oil.

Product Operating Principle
The valve operates using air pressure applied to a pneumatic actuator. This model features an On/Off control principle. When air pressure is applied, the valve opens; when the air pressure is cut off, the spring force engages, closing the valve.
The CONVALVE air filter regulator filters the air entering the pneumatic line, removing moisture and particles, and ensures a constant air pressure supply to the actuator, contributing to the stable operation of the system.
