Lift type check valves ensure flow safety in the system by allowing flow in only one direction. VALFTEK Working principle of Lift Type Check Valve; It is based on the principle that when the flow in the system starts, the disc in its internal mechanism lifts up with the fluid pressure and thus allows the flow. When the flow stops or a pressure in the opposite direction occurs, the pressure spring is activated, the disc returns to the seating surface and automatically cuts off the flow, preventing backflow.
