It offers long-lasting and stable use thanks to its strong material structure and pilot-controlled operating principle. It allows the pilot valve to open by putting pressure on the diaphragm. The control steam taken from after the valve through the copper pipe reaches the pilot valve. The increase in pressure under the main diaphragm causes the main valve to open by defeating the return spring. When the outlet pressure is balanced with the pilot diaphragm, the pilot valve is throttled and the desired pressure is maintained. When the need for steam ends, the pilot valve closes, the main diaphragm pressure drops and the main valve closes. Thus, a constant and reliable pressure reduction is achieved.
