  2. The measured value is transmitted to the system control unit.
  3. The controller compares the incoming conductivity value with the preset set value.
  4. If the measured conductivity exceeds the set value, the discharge valve is automatically opened and the dirty condensate is taken out.
  5. When the electrical conductivity falls below the set value, the discharge valve closes and clean condensate is directed to the condensate tank.


Important Note:

Because electrical conductivity varies with temperature, the conductivity probe used in the system must be capable of measuring both conductivity and temperature. This allows for accurate measurement of condensate conductivity at all temperatures.
