The ARI-STEVI 12.440 Pneumatic Proportional Control Valve is designed for applications requiring precise flow control in industrial processes. Its DN32 nominal diameter and PN16 pressure rating make it ideal for medium to large-diameter pipelines. The EN-JL1040 cast iron body and AISI 420 stainless steel shaft, disc, and seat provide reliable and long-lasting performance, even at temperatures up to 300°C. The PTFE-V ring seal provides effective sealing up to 220°C.
The proportional pneumatic actuator provides progressive flow control and allows for more precise adjustments to the process line. Class D leakage rate (DIN EN 12266) combined with high flow accuracy maximizes efficiency.
