The ARI-STEVI 12.440 Pneumatic Proportional Control Valve is designed for applications requiring precise flow control in industrial processes. Its DN40 nominal diameter and PN16 pressure rating make it ideal for medium and large diameter pipelines. The EN-JL1040 cast iron body, AISI 420 stainless steel shaft, flap, and seating surface ensure reliable and long-lasting performance even at high temperatures up to 300°C. The PTFE-V ring seal provides effective sealing up to 220°C.
The proportional pneumatic actuator provides gradual flow control, allowing for more precise adjustment in the process line. A Class D leakage rate (DIN EN 12266), combined with high flow accuracy, maximizes efficiency.
