AYVAZ Metal Bellows Valve PN16 DN100
AYVAZ Metal Bellows Valve PN16 DN100 is an industrial shut-off valve with a bellows packing structure, designed to provide maximum sealing, especially in steam and high-temperature applications. Thanks to the metal bellows system, stem leakage is completely eliminated, and it offers a much longer lifespan and safer use compared to classic packing valves. With its flanged connection structure and durable cast body, it can be used safely in demanding process conditions.
Product Operating Principle
The valve opening and closing movement is transmitted to the valve stem via a handwheel. The stem movement is isolated by a metal bellows, preventing the process fluid from leaking out through the stem. Thanks to this structure, the valve acts as a reliable sealing element by providing 100% leak-proof sealing even under high temperature and pressure.
