Ceme ET3000 Solenoid Pump – High Performance Electromagnetic Liquid Transfer
The Solenoid Pump, offered by ORFA Industrial Products Industry and Trade Inc. , is an innovative pump solution that uses an electromagnetic solenoid mechanism to transfer liquids efficiently and reliably. The electric current passing through the solenoid creates a strong magnetic field within the coil. This magnetic field activates the pump's piston or diaphragm, allowing the liquid to be pumped in the specified direction. This system prioritizes precision and efficiency in liquid transfer, making it particularly ideal for water and water-ethylene glycol mixtures.
Compared to other solenoid pump models, the ET series pumps stand out with their higher pressure and flow capacity. This allows them to be used in a wide range of applications. Standing out among Ceme's other solenoid pump models for their performance and durability, the ET series can be safely used in a wide range of applications, from water cooling systems to industrial fluid transfer.

Solenoid Pump Working Principle
1. Formation of the Electromagnetic Field
At the heart of a solenoid pump is a coil that is driven by an electric current. When an electric current is applied to the coil, a magnetic field is created within the coil. This magnetic field provides the force that moves the piston or diaphragm within the pump. The strength of the electromagnetic field depends on the properties of the coil and the strength of the applied electric current.
2. Piston or Diaphragm Movement
The magnetic field created within the coil initiates the movement of the piston or diaphragm. This movement draws fluid from the inlet port and pushes it toward the outlet port. As the piston moves forward, pressure builds within the pump, forcing fluid toward the outlet port. The pump's moving part ensures a smooth and controlled transfer of fluid.
3. One-Way Flow
Solenoid pumps incorporate valves that allow fluid to flow in one direction only, preventing backflow. This ensures that fluid is transferred only in the intended direction during each pumping cycle, increasing system efficiency.
4. Self-Priming Ability
A key feature of solenoid pumps is their ability to self-prime, even at zero bar pressure. This feature eliminates the need for an external power source to start the pump and speeds up the pump's operation. During this process, the pump draws liquid into the system, creating pressure.
5. Dry Run Protection
A solenoid pump is designed to allow only short periods of dry running. While dry running is permitted for short periods, such as 3-5 seconds, especially during the priming process, dry running beyond this time can damage the pump. Therefore, it is important to ensure that solenoid pumps are in constant contact with the liquid, avoiding prolonged dry running.
6. Stopping and Restarting the System
When the electric current is interrupted, the magnetic field disappears and the piston or diaphragm returns to its original position. This movement completes one pump cycle. To restart the system, the electric current is re-energized, and the process begins again. This cycle ensures fast and continuous pumping.
Solenoid Pump Usage Areas:
Cooling Systems: Provides ideal solutions in cooling systems operating with water and water-ethylene glycol mixtures.
Industrial Fluid Transfer: Reliable performance in processes requiring high pressure
Automotive and HVAC Applications: Widespread use in engine cooling and heating systems
The Solenoid Pump is a reliable, durable, and high-performance liquid transfer solution offered with the assurance of ORFA Industrial . Its advanced design and robust construction ensure long-lasting use. Having undergone thorough engineering inspections, this pump delivers maximum performance in industrial systems with its energy efficiency and high capacity.
