Submersible pumps are professional pumping systems with motor and hydraulic parts fully insulated and sealed to operate underwater. Since they work submerged, they are both silent and provide high-efficiency, uninterrupted flow. They have a wide range of applications such as well water supply, drainage, flood water discharge, and wastewater transfer.

Types of Submersible Pumps

Operating Principle

Because submersible pumps operate within the water, motor cooling is provided by the surrounding fluid, enabling continuous long-term operation. In multi-stage models, each stage adds pressure to the fluid to achieve high head heights. Sewage pumps feature open or vortex impeller designs to prevent clogging.
