This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER via www.orfa.com.tr.
BUYER declares that he/she has read the preliminary information form and this contract presented by SELLER before the order and approved it electronically.

5. DELIVERY AND INVOICING

The product is sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER.
Delivery is made within the period specified on the product page, provided that it does not exceed 30 days legally.
Product delivery is carried out through contracted cargo companies.
The invoice is delivered to the BUYER physically or electronically upon delivery.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period.
The product returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price and shipping costs, if any, are refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products produced in accordance with the BUYER's special requests
Products that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Assembled and installed products
Services performed instantly in electronic environment (downloading, etc.)

BUYER accepts the payment obligation for the order placed through the website.
If the SELLER cannot fulfill its obligations on time due to force majeure or supply problems, it immediately notifies the BUYER and initiates the return process if necessary.
At the time of delivery of the product, the BUYER must check that the product is undamaged and complete.
Damages occurring after delivery are the responsibility of the BUYER.

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are authorized, in accordance with the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.

By placing an order through www.orfa.com.tr , the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement in its entirety. This agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
