User Prohibition: The User may not engage in illegal activities; otherwise, they are responsible for all damages that may arise.
Content Obligation: The User may not share content that is contrary to morality and the law.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All brands, logos, designs, methods, and information on the site belong to ORFA INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC.

Contents may not be copied, published, or used on another site without permission.

3. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Company is obliged to keep the user's information confidential.
The User consents to the processing of their data and the sending of electronic messages within the scope of KVKK (GDPR).

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Parties cannot be held responsible in cases such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or power/internet outages.

9. NOTIFICATIONS AND JURISDICTION

Notifications are made to the membership e-mail address.
Bursa Central Courts are authorized to resolve disputes.
