MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between ORFA ENDÜSTRİYEL MAMULS SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) on the one hand, and the real or legal person who registers for membership through the www.orfa.com.tr website (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”) on the other hand, under the following conditions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Member may benefit from the Company's online products and services, as well as the parties' rights and obligations. By accepting this Agreement, the Member is deemed to have accepted all policies and rules posted on the Company's website.

3. Membership Conditions

The member completes the membership process by filling out the membership form at www.orfa.com.tr with complete and accurate information.

The Member declares and undertakes that he/she is responsible for the accuracy of the information he/she provides and that he/she will keep this information up to date.

The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications or cancel existing memberships when deemed necessary.

4. Use of the Service

The Member undertakes to use all services offered by the Company only in accordance with the law and morality and not to violate third party rights.

In cases where the services are misused, system security is threatened, or other members are prevented from accessing the service, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate membership.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

The Member declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted the Company's [Privacy Policy] and [Personal Data Protection Policy].

Personal data of the Member will be processed by the Company in accordance with the KVKK numbered 6698, and these data will be stored and used only in accordance with the legislation.

6. Termination of the Contract

Each party may terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time without giving any reason and without any compensation obligation.

In case of membership cancellation, the Company is responsible for the protection of data and personal information related to the Member's account.

7. Contract Changes

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this Agreement at any time.

The updated agreement shall enter into force as of the date it is published on www.orfa.com.tr.

The Member agrees to follow the agreement regularly in order to be informed of such changes.

9. Entry into Force

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Member and shall remain valid until the Membership terminates.
