Float Steam Trap Working Principle

Float steam trap ensures automatic removal of condensate from the steam line. The float inside rises and falls depending on the condensate level and turns the drain mechanism on and off. Thus, only condensate is discharged without any loss of steam in the system. While the built-in check valve function prevents reverse flow, the integrated strainer contributes to the smooth operation of the system.
