The Ayvaz AELC09F Stainless Steel Conductivity Level Electrode is a precision sensor designed for electronic liquid level control in industrial processes such as steam boilers, pressurized water tanks, and condensate tanks. This level electrode uses the electrical conductivity of the fluid to detect the liquid level, thereby triggering pump control, alarms, or safety systems.
What is a Conductivity Type Level Electrode and How Does It Work?
Conductivity-type level electrodes operate on the principle of liquid conductivity. Electric current flows through the conductive liquid between the tank body (soil) and the electrode tip. When the liquid level drops, the electrode tip separates, breaking the circuit. When the liquid level rises, the circuit is completed. This on-off signal is transmitted to a control unit, providing automatic level management.
