ORFA Industrial Products Industry and Trade AYVAZ BV-16 Knife Valve , offered with the assurance of A.Ş. , offers long-lasting performance in corrosive and dense particulate fluids with its body made of GGG 40.3 Ductile Iron. With its DN50 diameter and PN16 pressure class, it can be used safely in industrial process lines.
The sharp blade design provides effective opening-closing, especially in fluids prone to clogging such as sludge, raw water, paper pulp and waste water. Flexible gaskets that provide high tightness increase the security of the system and minimize the need for maintenance. Since its body structure is stainless steel, it is highly resistant to corrosion.
Thanks to the rising shaft design of the valve, the open/close position can be visually monitored and controlled manually. Optionally, it can be automated with a pneumatic or electric actuator.
