Working Principle

Air separators work by combining several physical principles. The active section consists of expanded stainless steel sheets. This special structure directs the flow of system water and ensures the accumulation of micro particles on metal surfaces. Thanks to this structure combined with the molecular attraction force, even the smallest air particles cling to the surface and are separated from the system. Air collected on metal surfaces is discharged out of the system through automatic air release valves. Thus, the installation continues to operate safely.
