Wafer Type Butterfly Valve Stainless Disc KV-3
The Wafer Type Butterfly Valve KV-3, offered by ORFA Industrial Products Industry and Trade Inc., consists of a disc rotating around a shaft positioned on a vertical axis. This disc, when installed as the valve's closing element, rotates around its axis, opening or closing the entire pipe section. Sealing is achieved between the metal clack and the elastic or plastic sealing elements lining the body. This sealing element also serves as a gasket on the flange between the valve and the pipe. Advantages of this butterfly valve include low pressure loss, easy opening and closing, excellent sealing, light weight, and compact design.

Our Wafer Type Butterfly Valve Stainless Disc KV-3 model is recommended for all diameters. For butterfly valves DN350 and larger, only the reducer type is available. During installation, the disc should be checked for free movement. The valve stem can be positioned horizontally or vertically, but horizontal installation is preferred for valves DN300 and larger.
