This device, which separates and filters the liquid generated in steam installations using centrifugal force and discharges it through a steam trap, is an ideal solution for increasing efficiency and reducing maintenance costs in process systems. The AYVAZ SPR-25 Steam Separator is designed for highly efficient operation in lines operating with variable steam velocities and pressures up to 25 bar. Furthermore, with custom stainless steel production options, it provides a perfect fit for process systems.

As soon as the water droplets within the steam enter the separator, they accelerate through centrifugal motion around the conical cyclone, and liquid particles, droplets, and sediment within the steam are ejected toward the wall, separating them. The dry, clean steam, descending into the large internal volume, is directed to the conical collector cyclone and optionally passes through a filter to continue its path through the installation. Condensate and sediment, however, descend into the collection chamber beneath the stainless steel plate and cannot return to the steam path. The condensate passes through the filter and is discharged through a steam trap.
