What is the Ayvaz T-KON 20 Steam Trap Control Body and How Does It Work?

The Ayvaz steam trap control body is a sensor body installed immediately before the steam trap. It is designed for use only in saturated steam applications. The body contains a sensor that distinguishes the conductivity difference between steam and condensate.

• Operating Principle: A handheld control device (sold separately) that can be connected to this body emits a "red" light signal when steam is passing through and a "green" light signal when condensate is passing through. This allows the operator to easily determine whether the trap is leaking.

• Energy Saving: Prevents energy waste caused by steam escaping from the steam trap by detecting it early.
