Operating Principle
When steam supply is interrupted or during system cooling, steam condenses into liquid, resulting in a significant volume reduction. This creates a vacuum (negative pressure) that can lead to equipment implosion. The VK-70 acts as a precision-check valve, detecting vacuum onset and allowing air intake to neutralize pressure. It automatically reseals upon the return of steam pressure.
