Instructions for Use
Installation: Remove the device from its box. Remove the battery from the plastic wrap and open the back cover of the device.
Sensor Connection: Connect the sensor cable to the appropriate socket on the device.
Check: Check the sensor tip by touching it to a damp cloth. The alarm LED should light up and the siren should sound (when the lower button is in the ON position). Turning the button to the OFF position silences the siren, but the LED remains lit. The LED turns off when the probe is removed from the moist environment. Leave the button in the ON position.
Mounting: Mount the sensor to the floor using the adhesive on the back.
Relay Output Usage: You can connect it to your alarm panel, solenoid valve or similar control system.
Battery Status: Since the device does not draw power except when in alarm mode, there is no need to replace the battery. However, the battery has a two-year standby life and must be replaced by the user if it remains in alarm for an extended period.
