Ceme 6628 Solenoid Valve 1/8''-Hose Outlet (Corner): Compact and Reliable Flow Control
Ceme 66 series solenoid valves are high-performance valves designed to quickly and reliably turn on and off (ON-OFF control) the flow of air, water, steam and other fluids in industrial and domestic applications. A member of this series
Ceme 6628 stands out with its special 1/8'' threaded inlet and 90 degree angled hose outlet connection configuration.
What is the Ceme 6628 Solenoid Valve and How Does It Work?
The Ceme 66 series solenoid valve is a "2/2-way Normally Closed (NC)" and "Direct Acting" solenoid valve. This means that when there is no electrical power, the solenoid valve remains closed and does not allow fluid to pass through. When electricity is applied to the valve coil, a magnetic field is created, the valve opens, and flow begins. Being "direct acting" means that the valve does not require a minimum pressure difference to operate.
Key Features and Advantages of the Ceme 6628 Solenoid Valve:
Working Principle: It is a 2/2 way, normally closed (NC) and direct acting valve.
Compact Corner Design: Provides ease of use in narrow spaces and limited installation conditions thanks to its 90 degree angled hose outlet.
Durable Material: Body and tube material is made of brass. Nickel plating option is available upon request for food applications.
Wide Media Compatibility: Suitable for controlling fluids such as air, water, steam, as well as cold and high-temperature liquids. EPDM, NBR, and FPM are available as seal materials.
High Performance: Can withstand high pressure up to 13 bar (with AC coil) for 2.0mm orifice diameter.
Temperature Resistance: Fluid temperature can reach up to 150°C.
Standard Connections: It can be easily integrated into many standard plumbing lines with its 1/8'' threaded inlet and hose outlet connection configuration.
Various Voltage Options: Coil options are available in different voltages such as 220-230V AC, 100-120V AC and 12-24V DC.
Ceme 6628 Solenoid Valve Usage Areas:
Industrial Flow Control: Factory automation, machine manufacturing and general industrial processes.
Heating and Cooling Systems: ON-OFF control in water and steam lines.
Compressed Air Systems: Flow control and isolation in air lines.
Water and Fuel Lines: Industrial water lines and burner systems as fuel valves.
