Function and Working Principle
The VPS 504 operates on the pressure-building principle. The device activates with a programmable sensor when heat is required and monitors the gas pressure. The test is performed before burner start-up, during the pre-ventilation period, or after the burner is shut down. During the leakage test, the internal motor pump increases the gas pressure throughout the test period, performing a leakage check with the differential pressure switch.
Electrical Connection
The VPS 504 S02 model integrates easily between the temperature regulator and the automatic ignition device using a 7-pole plug connection. No wiring changes are required on the boiler or burner side during electrical connections.
