DUNGS LGW 10 A2 P Differential Pressure Switch
DUNGS LGW 10 A2 P Differential Pressure Switch
ORFA Endüstriyel Mamüller Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. provides the DUNGS LGW 10 A2 P Differential Pressure Switch, a highly reliable and adjustable control device for automatic burner, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. This pressostat is designed to monitor and switch circuits based on changes in the actual pressure value relative to a set reference value.
The "P" in the model name indicates the inclusion of a built-in test button, which allows for a service-friendly check of the safety function.

Operating Principle and Applications
-
Principle: The differential pressure acts against the force of an adjustable setting spring on the microswitch via the diaphragm. The switch operates entirely without auxiliary power.
-
Functionality: The microswitch changes its contact position (from Normally Open to Normally Closed or vice-versa) when the pressure difference exceeds or falls below the setpoint, triggering safety shut-off valves or alarms.
-
Applications:
-
Monitoring the pressure of air, flue gases, and non-aggressive combustion gases in automatic burner controls (as per EN 1854).
-
Differential pressure monitoring in ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.
