ECA Flow Rate Adjustable Manifold, 4-way 1'' – PEX 16 mm Inlet Heating Manifold
The Eca Flow-Controlled Manifold, 4-way 1'' , is a two-circuit manifold solution compatible with 16mm PEX pipes, used in underfloor heating and radiator heating systems. Thanks to its 16mm PEX inlet manifold valves, it offers a direct and secure connection to plastic pipe installations. The flow rate of each circuit can be adjusted separately using the manual flow control flaps. Its metal body, compact design, and practical installation features help create a long-lasting and stable system in residential and commercial heating applications.
Product Operating Principle
The collector distributes hot or cold water from the main line into two separate PEX 16 mm circuit lines.
Thanks to the flow rate adjustment mechanism located on each outlet:
– The flow rate through the PEX lines is adjusted manually.
– Hydraulic balance is ensured between the lines,
– Heat distribution is made more homogeneous.
This design, especially in underfloor heating systems, reduces performance differences between circuits, thereby increasing system efficiency.
