Element ELT-3 Pressure Switch – Bar (Without Relief)
It is a control element that monitors the pressure in the line in booster and compressor applications and automatically opens/closes the electrical circuit according to the set value. As the pressure adjustment screw is turned clockwise, the on/off threshold pressure increases and decreases in the opposite direction.
Thanks to the differential range, the desired difference between the cut-in and cut-out points can be adjusted; This prevents the pump/compressor from switching on and off frequently.
This model is non-relief: it does not relieve line pressure at stop. A suitable check valve and process architecture is recommended for ease of start-up in compressor applications.
Electrical contact structure is Normally Closed (NC) type; When the threshold is exceeded, it breaks or establishes the circuit (according to the setup).
